T90 input bearing

Is the front bearing supposed to be somewhat of a press fit? In my case, I am able to pull it out by hand. Is not so loose that it just falls out but when I wiggle the input shaft, the bearing race moves a very very small bit inside the tranny housing.

Right or wrong....my T-90 was the same way. Reassembly requires you to sorta move the whole bearing forward so I'm thinking this is by design.

Yep thats the write-up I've been using. Things sound complicated to the passerby but when you get into it hands on, its not all that bad.
My bearing it shot anyway and is getting changed along with the flywheel bushing, the end of the input shaft moves around way too much.

Mine in the same way. From what I read this is very common.
