How to route fuel and vacuum lines on M38 L134

The pump lever is for priming the carb bowl. Have you downloaded our manuals yet? This information + a really detailed troubleshooting chapter are in there.

You can download the manuals in their PDF format and use them right on your computer. Paper is not needed to download the files and keep a copy on your computer.
