Clarification please - Part name

Before I post these in the For sale section, please help me list them properly. These are the "tie-down brackets" bolted to the USMC M38A1 frame that allowed the jeep to be tied to a flatbed railroad car/ship while in transit. They look like giant, thick footman loops, but I'd like to know the real name & list them as such.

per Ord 9 Group 15-Frame and Brackets>
G758-8328446 / WO-800048 (Frame) "Bracket, Tie-down"
there are 4 ea. to the M38/M38A1 frame
