Does anyone know when or if they ever switched from the Cuno to the cannister type like on the 2 and 3a's? Thanks

The first 6 pilot model M38's came with the Military Junior cannister type filter. The rest of the production M38's came with the Cuno. The first M38A1's came with the Cuno thru MD28132 then the Military Junior was used from that point on. The CJ2A civvy type filters were not used on the M38 and M38A1.
