Seat cover screw size

Please, I searched and couldn't find the answer. Does anyone know the screw size or specifications for part 111687 from Group 18 and the washer, finishing, number 10? Thank you.

Screws smaller than 1/4" are sized per numbered drill bit sizes. #4, 6, 8 and 10. A #10 is 3/16" diameter. This info is already given in section 18 for the several entries there for 111687. It states in each entry

Screw, tapping, oval-hd, gimlet-pt, sh-met-thd, S, cad or zn-pltd, No. 10 (0.190") x 1/2.

This equates to a self tapping, oval head, gimlet point, sheet metal thread, cadmium or zinc plated steel #10 x 1/2" long screw. You'll find the screw lsited by the same size info in the hardware store. All those short abbreviations are listed on pages 5 & 6 of your ORD 9.

Likewise a #10 washer has a #10 hole in it. This is a finishing washer which looks like a small saucer for the screw head to rest in.
