Is the stock heater in my 38 a 12 volt with a reducer from 24 volt? Why i ask is because ive converted from 24 to 12 volt. And would like to use the heater this winter.

The M38 came with no stock heater from Willys. There is an add on Army kit for a hot water type heater with a 24 volt fan and an add on Army kit with a gas fired heater with 24 volt blower, fuel pump and ignitor.
If you converted to 12 volt you will need to find a 12 volt heater or convert all the Army kit heater electrical parts to 12 volt units.
