M38 seat springs

Post by evanso1975 »

Hello All,

I'm looking at making a set of seat springs for my M38. I have one original front seat base to work from, but these springs might have sagged from years of use.

Does anyone know the correct height for the seat springs (base & back)? From my original ones, I make the front seat base springs to be 3-1/2", but I don't have a seat back spring set to work from.

Thanks in advance,
Owen.
