PACKARD TO DOUGLAS CONVERSION, THX JOHN B.

I did not know this-to many of you old timers it's probably "DUH!!"
Talking to John @MWM about a set of 24V headlamps i had with
packard connections i wanted to convert to douglas. Simple he says
and he ws right. Instead of selling me parts i did not need he offered
the solution. Thx John.
The seal and "C" clip goes away and then install your shell/retainer/
grommet. OK!! Thanks John, i didnt know that..

I suppose you know that the way the grommet is pictured is on backwards.
