I was just reading the manual because I am rebuilding my distributor and found that pages 242 through 246 are missing is there some where I can get these. Thanks.

On our downloads page download this manual excerpt:
http://willysmjeeps.com/downloads/Ignit ... .lines.pdf
You'll notice the PDF file was put together hastily and the pages are slightly out of order but they are all there.
The order they appear is:
244, 245, 242, 243, 240, 241, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255.

It can be a real PITA.
Striking it tends to swell the end you are striking where it transitions the minute gap between the sleeve and the shaft making removal difficult at best.
It would probably be easier if you drilled it out. If you are worried about mis-alignment while drilling then drill out one side thru the sleeve and maybe a 1/16" into the shaft then support the shaft and sleeve on something solid with a small hole in it for the exiting pin and then drive the remaining pin out.
