winch spare parts dealer?

Not sure if this is in the right place but here goes.
I need Ramsay winch spare parts spring and popet part numbers, 400001 and 494001. These are tiny parts that would fit in a ball point pen nib.
But here's the problem. We're talking of a spring from a ball point pen and a ball about 2 or 3mm diameter.
I can order these $2 parts from Ramsay but international shipping adds $105 to the bill!!!! The only UK dealer says shipping will take 12 weeks and cost around $60, this is madness.
Does anybody know a Ramsay spare parts dealer that will take my order, I'd have to pay witha credit card; then slip these tiny parts in a padded envelope and ship them to the UK.
I've tried the internet but not a lot of luck.

maybe someone else could order the parts for you, get them and then ship them to you much cheaper.

If you ordered them and had them shipped to me here in the states I would be happy to put them in a CD padded envelope and mail them to you. We mail stuff to Germany periodically and it takes about 2 weeks.
