Just to let everbody know that worm shafts and sector shafts are available for m38 and m38-a1 now. I got mine from jeepdoc.
Had an inital problem with the first worm shaft they sent but the second one was spot on. Dont know about the durability of these yet but faced with my situation (both shot way beyond use) not a bad deal.
