Can anyone identify this harness? All the little metal wire labels cofirm to M series vehicle codes. The Identifier tag wrapped arond the cable says 10901851.

All I can find is the part number was assigned in 1963 and is handled by Tank Automotive Command. It is an engine related harness. I would suspect a large truck.
