Generator Belts

Post by Cacti_Ken »

Well now I don't know if I have the correct belts or the wrong bracket. When the belts are installed the adjustment bracket is a few inches too long to mount it to the generator.

Ken, I got mine from NAPA Premium XL 25-7460 is the number on the belt. They are a touch long but I have plenty of adjustment...

Hope this helps...

Hal does that tension adjustment bracket look like the right one?

I think your arm is mounted in the wrong location.

I have screwed up. I am trying to mount the bracket to the water pump bolt. After viewing a photo that Wes has sent me I see my error.
I've got the right stuff, I just didn't realize that I was installing it wrong.
