Jeep arrived in Philly in one piece, but I have a problem!
It was in four wheel drive with the hubs locked when it arrived on the carrier. I unlocked the hubs (I have Warn locking hubs) and shifted into two wheel drive. Everything is fine but, the overdrive won't stay on, It will upshift, and then there is a clicking noise, and it bounces back into neutral. If I pull the lever fully back, so the overdrive isn't being used, it runs fine. I have a PTO winch, attached on the back with an adapter, and I have that switched into the unlocked (lever pushed forward) position, before anyone asks! Any opinions?

I talked to "Herm the overdrive guy" today. He says it is most likely a sticking synchro. The overdrive/rebuilt engine/transmission/transfer case setup doesn't have that many miles on it. He says it may loosen up and wear in in time, or I might need to pull it and have it gone through.
