Can anyone reccoment a reliable rebuilder for a 24v M38 starter?

I have always used my local auto-electric rebuilder who does a large volume rebuilding business with local outlets. Occasionally I have to help find parts but the actual rebuilding of these starters is no tougher than any other starter from that era.
