Brake light switch
Question? when I remove the brakelight switch to replace it will the brake fluid spill out, don't remember. thanks Gene

Agree. Hardly a drop but have your tools handy, have the new switch at the ready. Pull the old and immediately start threading in the new. You need to avoid keeping the connection open.

I replaced mine last year, i unscrewed the badone, directly put the new one in, but before tighten it i push slow on the brakepedal so the air inside the new switch together with brakefluid comes out. Than i tighten the switch, i did not have to bleed my brakes.
