Throttle return spring

The throttle shaft is worn, has a step in it probably and the bushings are worn. The carb needs a proper overhaul.

You know, this now means everything but the axles and body tub has had to be replaced or rebuilt on this M38A1. Jeep. Just empty every pocket.
