Tubes

Post by Bretto »

So the Mrs got me 5 new tubes for Christmas from Walcks. On them, it says 'radial'. Are these ok to use on bias NDCC tires? I looked at his site and they are all he sells. So either they work just fine or he's selling wrong tubes.

I seem to recall the radial tube works in either tire but the bias tube only works in bias. It was the issue of sidewall flex in the radial tire exceeded the capabilities of the bias tube.

Not that you need it but I second what Wes said. I asked my tire guy the same question when I bought my tubes. His reply was exactly the same as what Wes wrote.

I was going to see what you guys were going to say because I did a search and I read on tractor forum where someone had said just that.
Thanks.

They must of weighed too much, or I was naughty. :(
I have been saving for them and I'm 1/2 way there.
