Flag mounting on front bumper

Post by GregS »

I was thinking of driving my M38 in the 4th of July parade. Any suggestions on how to attach some flags on the front bumper. The key is I want it temporary without drilling or welding.

How about a block of wood, drilled to accept the flag, clamped onto the fron bumper with a "C" clamp... You could mount one on the inside of both sides...

If you have an antenna then put one there at the top...

I bought mine here, already setup for mounting, low cost to less than $3 ea and they have everything, military, state and country....

Hope this helps...

Greg,
I use 2 electrician clamps welded to a 3/8" rod. The chrome plated maple leaf on the top of flap pole is original WWII. I sewn the canadian 1st army flag.
