Were all M-38's used by the Navy painted blue or were some OD?

Coast Guard used the medium blue. Navy used grey.

Bill:
Granted, it was an early WWII shot and G503, but I saw a pic of a USCG harbor patrol jeep some years ago. It was grey (or appeared to be in the b/w photo, with 'COAST GUARD' stenciled under the windshield.
The interesting part was that the jeep was armed, with a Colt Potato-digger. That really made it an interesting study.

KHH,
Try reviewing some photo albums and you'll see that Navy was primarily gray from WWII thru today. US Army Air Corp was OD, USMC was Marine Corp Green, The USAF carried forward the OD and at some point between 1952 and 53 they went Strata Blue with an occasional mix of OD's for special units and theater of ops. Coast guard used both Gray in WWII and a light blue later.
