This is probably asking a lot, perhaps beyond your manufacturing capabilities at this time but, any chance of doing a reproduction of the ramsey winch and associated parts in the future?

The Ramsey 50 and the replacement 50R were the winches installed on the M38.
There are pictures in my picture folder or I have pictures and access to a 50R winch set up if required.

I have a copy of the winch frame assembly built from an original, I also have AutoCAD drawings of the winch frame assembly.

I can ask the owner (a close friend) of the original Ramsey 50R winch Assembly if he would be willing to ship the winch assembly so you would have a complete set up including the very hard to find hanger bearing and all shafts.

Spoke with Rommel this morning while he was visiting the Bensinger's. The new doors they've developed are the folding type and will have the handles on them. However, they're using a bolt to hold the handles on the frame. The originals apparently had a crimped pin or something. To me, not an issue since I'm looking at function over form - and not looking at showing my jeep regardless.
Just thought I would share. I'll be ordering a pair soon. I'll still have to get the correct canvas set and doors. I just have the "Summer" top that came with the jeep; I know not "correct" but functional.

The 50 and 50R differed in ratings and cable used. The most common was the 50R and that would be the one to reproduce. An outfit in Europe reproduced them many years ago. There are also very good photos in my album as well. Shipping from Canada to the Philippines will not be cheap!
