Any Idea what this might designate?

Post by gamillerman »

I found this stenciling on the bottom of the drivers seat metal cushion pan.
Has anyone ever seen something like this before?. I have not found (yet anyway) these numbers anywhere else on the vehicle.

That is interesting!

I have not seen a number there before and it would seem odd to put one there as the driver seat is bolted down.

Maybe it was put there during some work when the seat was removed to keep things together?

I bet Wes might have an idea.

I would agree with Ryan. Most likely a work order number form the repair shop or abreviated parts bin location or a unit ID like 121st Engineersx so folks would be less likely to steal parts from them.
