Hello, my fuel valve is stuck in open position. Tried soaking in PB Blaster, and lacquer thinner, but valve is still stuck
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to free valve?

Remove it from the plumbing and soak it by itself in a small container. You need to get the penetrant inside the valve.
