Delco remy regulator

hi this is my m38 delco remy regulator!! while i was doing the restoration a friend of mine that i had sent my m38 to restore it told me that this regulator doesnt work. he didn't explain why and he goes to borrow his regulator for awhile.Now because he wants back his regulator i must find why mine doesnt work.i downloand the tm and to be honest i will send it to another friend that is in the greek army and is expert in the electrical things.but i want to know where to find parts and if are available somewhere

Which TM did you download? The TM that covers that regulator is TM 9-8627 in Sect IX Group 6.

Unless you have an overheated coil or burned out component then just a good cleaning, corrosion treatment, contact cleaning and contact gap setting is all that should be needed. I do not know of any suppliers of parts specifically for these regulators. You will have to search for them.

what i downloand was with this title"Delco-Remmy Voltage Regulator Maintinance " is that the corect?

Yes that is the civilian manual for your regulator. The TM 9-8627 is the military manual for your regulator. Neither has a parts list with part numbers. But the 8627 does have a very detailed parts List with the names of the parts.
