Question instructions underside hood 1950 M38

I found several instructions at the underside of the hood of my early M38 but can not read them. It is on both sides. Who can help me with a picture so I can copie that?

Those were applied locally in the field by the using unit and varied a great deal in content and appearance. They usually were references to type and grade of oil, date of last anti-freeze service/temp protected to and etc.

thanks for your reaction Wes K, I would like to save or copie the information but can't read them all. There are several in different paint layers. The last ( newest ) one says something about the antifreeze. I'm looking for the oldest ones, I can read something with "water", "tires etc.
A picture would be nice!!
