brake arm to masters cyl.
On my38 the brake arm sticks above the floor board, so I can't install the big floor cover any comments and everything is new buzz

I'll assume you are calling Item KK (pedal assembly) the "Arm". If so that means the pedal assy is adjusted too high or the tub is setting too close to the frame. When you are going to discuss clearance issues between parts a photo is worth a thousand words!

This is what you said above. That pretty much negates the statement:everything is new buzz
Unless every new part matched the old one it replaced and you put it together exactly the way it came apart.wasn't that way when I took it apart It had good brakes and drove the jeep
The first place to look is the length of the pushrod between the pedal and the master cylinder piston. Is it exactly the same length as the old one?
