It is true that were manufactured or produced in another country in exchange for military cooperation with USA?
Know anyone who has had any experience with them, in addition to the seller?
Be that none work properly?,
and quality control by the contractor?
Rare, very rare.
It would be worthwhile to take the risk and have it examined by an expert?
Many questions ... but the price is tempting, or no?
