I found the plate I took off the old body before it got scrapped. can barely make out MD83286 I think . This jeep was owned by Fire Dept in Indiana and was titled by the engine numbers. Any help with the vin # means is appreciated I was told it was a 1955

That would make her a MAR 1955 jeep.
