canvas snaps

I've got so many, and cannot find any documentation.......

Are there no canvas snaps anywhere on an as-delivered M38 (or motor pool for that matter?)

Trying to figure out if I just start screwing all of those things out and winging them into the trash.

The snaps were for all the civvy tops. There were 1/4 turn stainless clip[s for the canvas winter fronts that came with the arctic kits.

Thanks what I was thinking Wes. I've seen pictures of those 1/4 turn jobbies and these are standard run of the mill screw in snaps.
