Part number conundrum

Hi,
I was trying to find the part number for the two dowel bolts that are found on each side of the engine block to the bell housing on my M38A1. I tried looking in the ORD 9 SNL G-758 but could not locate them there. I looked in the TM 9-8015-1 and on page 49 saw they were labeled as "Bolt, Dowel-8328312." I then looked up that part number the ORD manual and that number matches up with the "Housing, flywheel assy." What am I missing? What is the correct part number for those dowel bolts?

Page 31 of the M38 ORD 9 shows the two dowel bolts 3/8"-24NF -2x2 1/2" Willys # 630101 and ORD # 7371700

This is for the WWII, early CJ's and early M38 with the old bell housing.

The M38A1 ORD 9 and the M38 ORD 9 page 30 lists the new longer bolt for the later bellhousing. 3/8"-24NF-3 x 3 3/8".WO# 804367 (ORD # 8328311)
