m38 oil dipstick

hi here is a photo from my oil dipstick.Image

the problem is that it doesnt close very good and little some oil is coming from beside... is the correct oil dipstick or do u think it is worn??? 8O

It is very rare for that cap to leak simply because it has a bad seal. More likely you have excessive crankcase pressures. This can be caused by a bad PCV Valve, leaving the fording valves closed, or severe piston ring wear allowing excessive blowby .

is the fording valve in the right direction?Image

also i must check if my oildipstick has seal or not :roll: :roll:

Yes, if the valve is installed in the correct position and the handle installation is indexed correctly.
