Rob,
Unless Classic has just started to make the right lower cowl for an M38 the only source is from MD Juan or the MD Juan parts marketed by OMIX-ADA.

Unfortunately the MD Juan stuff is not made to fit the original tubs and it doesn't. In the case of the lower cowls the step is made wrong and will not mate up to the hat channel. the front end will not mate to the firewall and the upper cowl and the cowl support is all wrong and doesn't fit. With the MD Juan part the lower cowl support is attached to the lower cowl. It just doesn't fit on just about any level. If you go to the "M Series Parts Supply & Service Review" part of the forum I have some pictures and info about the issues with some of the MD Juan stuff.

However Classic Enterprises does make lower cowls for the CJ3A. They will custom make them without the drain hole. When I did my body the right side was in pretty bad shape and I couldn't salvage any of the right lower cowl. So I bought a right lower cowl from Classic, figured out how to line it up, then I cut it off right in front of where the tool indents would be. I then took a MD Juan M38 right lower cowl and cut the part with the tool indents off. I then mated it to the Classic front half of the right lower cowl and with the application of heat and force was able to make to tool indents match up with the existing ones on the front of the right quarter.

My picture album is on page 10 and it has some pictures that, in addition to the info in M Series Parts Supply & Service Review give some information about the problems with the MD Juan panels.
