Passenger seat frame for M38 or M38A1 or both?

Post by dago_red »

I have a passenger seat frame I'll be selling, but am not sure how to describe it. It has OD underneath a top coat of black, so I'm 99% sure it's either M38 or M38A1. It measures 19.5" from center of front pivot pin to end of rear most bottom seat bracket. It fits my A1 fine but am not sure if it would fit a M38 as well.

M38 & M38A1 use the same part number rear seat and the same part number passenger seat.

Same part number and same seat for both - I have only one rear seat - fits both the M38 and M38A1.

Uh, Guys,
Does the rear seat have a front pivot pin?

I believe he is talking about the right front seat.

Yeah, I'm asking about a passenger seat- and sounds like it's the same seat for both the Mjeeps. Thanks for the help
