What are your thoughts on this Heater? See anything that will make it hard to fit or use?
Thinking of grabbing one. The price is right and since I'm going 12v on my M38, the electrical part will work. Plumbing it wouldn't be a problem but maybe others more experienced will be able to provide their thoughts
thanks

Anything is possible.
You should find one of these heaters in my post. More correct, if you're looking to stay original I just swapped motors with a 12V motor from a Ford Escort.

My other thoughts are where do you plan on mounting it? It might not fit up to your expectations. The Mutt units are a shoe-in for the mounting. There really isn't any real estate under the dash unless your battery box is gone. It's output is 12k BTU compared to 20k BTU of the Mutt unit. It might not keep up the heat loss of a canvas tops enclosure, I could be wrong though.
There really isn't much to these heater units if they spring a leak it just a matter of soldering then up. Either way, there is a bit if work involved to put them in.
