IAU-4006AUT distributor parts

I am trying the find replacement o'ring seals for the IAU-4006AUT distributor out of my M38A1? I have not been able to find one for the distributor cap cover.

For the cover PN 546880 Packing = AN6230B22
For the cover plug & receptacle PN 501223 = AN6227B11

And these are the modern replacement numbers? Where can I find them?

I don't know if Midwest Military or the like have them but you might also try http://willysdistributors.com/. He rebuilds the jeep distributors and I think he also indicated that he sells some parts. I had to try several times to get him on the phone but he answered my emails promptly.

Just google the modern O ring PN's. Shopping today is a lot simpler than it was in the 60's/70's! Any modern O ring resistant to oils and fuel meeting the dimensions given in the ORD 9 will work.

McMaster-Carr is a good source of O-rings, especially if you have the AN number, courtesy of Wes.
Their website is easy to use and they don't have minimum orders.
