Data Plate

I have recently started restoration work on my 1952 M38. After scraping off a lot of oil/ mud I uncovered a data plate . The plate is for serial number MC-95695. It is an overhaul plate. It indicates the bore, mains and rods are all at standard. It was overhauled at 511298-A5C120 on 4/63. My Willys is serial number MC70728. So.......does anyone know anything about this overhaul location? I'm assuming that being at standard is the best possible scenario.
