fuel pump rebuild instructions/manual?

Is there a free download for the rebuild of jeep M series fuel pump? I had mine rebuilt about 4 years ago with a kit. Last summer it died and now I want to reuse it, rather than the MB style currently on my jeep. It doesn't look to difficult, but I'd like to make sure I do it right...grant
