Dwell metre

Hi do you think i could use a dwell metre on my 24 volt m38. metre says it's for 12v or would i just kill it. Sorry if it sound like a stupid question but you never know somebody might of tried it.

Use the dwell meter and only go across one battery... preferably closest to the ground.
