The tailgate has rust along the bottom where the hinge is. it is rusted through on the outside and some on the inside. It is fixable.
The two lower floor covers are in varying conditions. One has some relatively minor rust the other more extensive rust. Again they are fixable.
The gear shift covers are both in pretty good shape and with sanding and paint would be usable. I will post some pictures here but there are more of the tailgate in my album on page 10 of the albums section.
