Spark plug question

Spark plug question

I have seen some shielded spark plugs that the porcelain where the wire attaches goes all the way to the top and the type like most that the porcelain stops about 1/2 from the top. Do they accept the same plug wire or a different type wire ? Thanks

Are you asking about military waterproof spark plugs like these?
