M38a1 motor hook uo

Put my newly rebuilt motor in. Been looking for a picture or video of where all the wires go. There are some wires I think the rebuild place threw out and not sure what I am missing.

"All the wires" is a very broad topic.
Do you have the manuals for the M38A1?
They have lots of pictures and diagrams of wires.
And they're available for free down load here on this forum.
