Side curtin interchange?

I have a M38A1 with a canvas summer top. While I don't need a enclosed cab I want to keep my eyes open if I see the doors or curtains come up for sale at a swap meet or on-line.

Will the side curtains for an M38A1 interchange with any other jeeps? IE MB/GPW or M38's?

Not sure about the canvas but the frames are a little different between the M38 and A1.
