Echlin SL113 is the civvy stop light switch. It has two screw type terminals and will not fit the military harness but can be adapted. NAPA list them for $13.00. When looking for civvy substitution parts like this you need only go to www.napaonline.com and click on new vehicle. The pick a 60 CJ5 for M38A1 applications or 12 volt M38 applications and use 53 CJ3A for other parts for the M38.

Switches

I have a better solution to the switch. I have a switch that has the bullit terminals that accept the interlinks used by the M series trucks. Switch is $14. I also have NOS Douglas switches, but a a substantially higher price. With the first option, you don't have to cut, splice or crimp anything.

Hello John,
Will your value priced switch with bullet terminals work on
a converted 12 volt jeep?
Thanks!
