is this the original spark plug wrench for m38 etc??? kal japan is japan made?

I bought one from him as I couldnt find my original ..well the day it came I found mine ..between the two its hard to tell the difference..

The KAL tools aren't too bad. They beat the majority of the Made In China stuff. I actually recall several KAL tools issued to me while a mechanic in the Air Force during the 60's thru the 80's.
