Looks like the male part of the cable plug is jammed in the receptacle. See that second set of threads I marked with the black lines. They are part of the cable which was cut off.
Just click on the manual exerpts you want and download them to your computer. They are PDF files.

thats ok, i purchased a autolite. need to learn how to test it, and rebuild it if it needs it.
