I have purchased these same wiper motors off ebay, swat says the knurled knobs on the end are easy to get off. How do I get these off and back on without tearing them up? [/b]

I had to move the lever arms on my wiper motors. They are held on the shaft by a pin. Knock the pin out, flip the levers, and reinsert the pin.
