Finally got it rebuilt last week - ended up with the pulley pushed about 1/8" past the end of the shaft and three impeller about the same (1/8" farther than the end of the shaft to get a close fit to the pump housing and to compress the seal). Anyway, shes a pumping machine now - and no leaks!
