I am looking to find dimensions for

the lock pillar, lock pillar extension and rear pillar

I suggest you start with the assembled top & three sides setting on the jeep.

1-Determine just how far aft the top of your windshield has been bent over the years and get her back to a proper fitting location with the front edge of the top while the rear edge of the rear panel sits correctly on the back panel of the tub.

2-Fit the doors next and align their latches with the side panels.

3-Then determine the correct spot on the wheel houses to drill the holes for the pillars.

would you be speaking of the windshield that comes with the hardtop?
I had a good look at it and it seems dead straight but I plan on verifying this more accurately.

so essentially make sure all sides of the cab sit flush with the body, then verify the windshield is straight upright, then continue to drill holes.

I am more concerned with the actual dimensions of the lock pillar, lock pillar extension and rear pillar to try and reproduce, unless they are not necessary but id think they are. and the rear tub reinforcement plate.

I would fit doors before drilling anything. Match and clamp top to tub. then match windshield top edge to tub. then match doors to tub & top. then drill and fabricate pillars.

I sold my arctic top to a Canadian a while back. The pillars are very necessary for strength. They are pre-formed or stamped and have curves in them to increase their rigidness.

looks like I have my work cut out for me!
I will put together these parts, I think some of those stamped pieces will have to be more simpler for me to make, but should still offer more support then what I have now (nothing)

I will worry about them once the cab is on, then can slowly fabricate. I think it will hold up for awhile without them.... I hope!
