When you cleaned the radiator how did you do it?
If you have that kind of crud in the thermostat and well,
and the radiator, your block most likely has it in the nooks
and crannies as well.
Take care,

Hi Balos,
Run your jeep over to that radiator shop and have them do a
system back flush. This usually is a pressure rinse in the
opposite direction of normal water flow.
Theoretically this has the advantage of moving the fluid
against the buildup and helps clean the block and fittings.
I believe they can also use a chemical that will help.
It might cost you additional money but if you took the time
to have the radiator cleaned the engine will benefit as well.
Once done you should be good for some time.
Take care,

Baios,
Sorry about the spelling!
I am surprised you have so much crud in your system in only
three years.
