Fuel Filter M38

Going over the fuel tank, and it"s time to swap out the fuel filter.

Is there a modern NAPA number, list of alternate parts, or modifications that can be used...?

I believe you will find that John at Midwest Military offers the only two options you have. His nos stock filter or his modified civvy based filter.
